基本方針

SpotPocket（以下「本アプリ」）が取り扱う保存データ（URL・タイトル・タグ・メモ・位置情報など）は、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、開発者のサーバーへ送信・収集されることはありません（開発者はサーバーを運用していません）。広告表示と利用状況の分析のために第三者（Google）との通信が発生しますが、その内容は後述の「利用状況の分析について」「広告について」に限られます。

収集する情報

本アプリ自体は、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報など、個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。アカウント登録やログイン機能自体が存在しません。アプリの改善のために収集する匿名の利用状況データについては「利用状況の分析について」を、広告配信に伴い広告事業者が受け取る情報については「広告について」をご覧ください。

保存されるデータ

本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の情報がお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます（外部への送信はありません）。

これらのデータは、メインアプリとShare Extension間で App Groups の仕組みを通じて共有されますが、これは同一端末内の処理であり、Apple社を含む第三者への送信は行われません。

ネットワーク通信について

本アプリは、ユーザーが共有シートを通じて明示的に選択したURL（Instagram・YouTube・食べログ・その他Webサイト）に対して、タイトル・サムネイル・位置情報などのプレビュー情報を取得するための通信のみを行います。この通信は、共有元のWebページを取得するために必要なものであり、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に送信するものではありません。

利用状況の分析について

本アプリは、アプリの改善のために Google Analytics for Firebase を利用して匿名の利用状況データを収集します。

広告について

本アプリは、アプリ内の一部のリスト画面に Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告の運用にあたって、以下の方針を採用しています。

広告の配信にあたり、Google はデバイスから広告リクエストを受信します。このリクエストには IPアドレス・デバイスの機種やOSバージョンなどの基本的な情報が含まれ、Google が広告の配信・不正防止・表示回数の制御のために処理します。詳細は以下をご覧ください。

位置情報について

本アプリの位置情報の利用は以下の2種類のみで、いずれも端末の外部に送信されることはありません。

  1. 端末の現在地: ユーザーが位置情報の利用を許可（「アプリの使用中のみ」）した場合に限り、マップ画面での現在地表示および現在地周辺の保存済みスポットの表示のために、その場限りで現在地を取得します。取得した現在地はアプリ内に保存されず、外部サーバーへの送信や移動履歴の記録も一切行いません。位置情報の利用を許可しなくても、これらの機能以外はすべてご利用いただけます。許可はいつでも端末の「設定」から取り消すことができます。
  2. 保存したスポットの座標: 投稿のキャプションや位置タグに含まれる施設名を、Apple社のMapKitフレームワークを使って座標・住所に変換し、アプリ内のマップ表示に利用します。これは共有されたURLの内容に基づく処理であり、端末の現在地とは無関係です。

第三者への提供

本アプリは、端末内に保存されたデータを第三者に提供・販売・共有しません。広告配信に伴って Google が受信する情報は「広告について」に記載のとおりです。

データの削除

本アプリを削除（アンインストール）すると、端末内に保存されたすべてのデータは削除されます。

Overview

All data you save in SpotPocket ("the App") — URLs, titles, tags, notes, and location information — is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to or collected by the developer (the developer operates no servers). The App communicates with a third party (Google) solely for usage analytics and ad serving, as described in the "Usage Analytics" and "Advertising" sections below.

Information We Collect

The App itself does not collect any personally identifiable information — including your name, email address, or location data. There is no account registration or login feature. For the anonymous usage data collected to improve the App, see "Usage Analytics" below; for information received by the advertising provider when serving ads, see "Advertising" below.

Data Stored On Your Device

The App stores the following information locally on your device only (nothing is transmitted externally):

This data is shared between the main app and the Share Extension via App Groups, which is a local, on-device mechanism — it is never transmitted to Apple or any other third party.

Network Communication

The App only makes network requests to fetch preview information (title, thumbnail, location) for URLs (Instagram, YouTube, Tabelog, or other websites) that you have explicitly selected via the Share Sheet. These requests are limited to what is necessary to load the shared web page's preview data — they do not transmit any personal information to third parties.

Usage Analytics

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous usage data in order to improve the App.

Advertising

The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob in some list screens, under the following policy:

To serve ads, Google receives ad requests from your device. These requests include basic information such as your IP address and your device's model and OS version, which Google processes for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and frequency capping. For details, see:

Location

The App uses location in exactly two ways, and neither ever leaves your device:

  1. Device location: only if you grant location permission ("While Using the App"), the App fetches a one-shot current location to center the in-app map and to show saved spots near you. Your location is never stored in the App, never sent to any server, and no movement history is recorded. Every feature except these works without the permission, and you can revoke it at any time in the device Settings.
  2. Saved spot coordinates: facility names found in a post's caption or location tag are converted into coordinates/address using Apple's MapKit framework, for display on the in-app map. This is derived from the shared URL's content and is unrelated to your device's location.

Third-Party Sharing

The App does not share, sell, or provide the data stored on your device to third parties. The information Google receives for ad serving is described in the "Advertising" section above.

Data Deletion

Deleting (uninstalling) the App removes all data stored on your device.
